BINGO EXPECTATIONS

• NEW: SUMMER BINGO ONLY
  $75 registration credit for an Afternoon Bingo - 10:30am starting time
  $125 registration credit for an Evening Bingo - 4:30pm starting time
   
  No limit on how many events you and/or your 18+ volunteers do as long as you don't exceed registration and camp expenses. 
  2026/27 Season Bingo requirements have not yet been set. These Bingo's WILL count towards the season requirements. 

• Every family with players in U10-U19 will be expected to provide an adult (Age 18 or older) to complete one BINGO shift per family.  Families have until November 1st to sign up for their mandatory bingo shift. 
• Credits on registration outside the summer months may be subject to availability.  
• Every Team U10-U19 will be required to fulfill one BINGO event (this is in addition to the player BINGO commitment). The team will receive $600 (afternoon slot) and $900 (evening slot) from FSRA for team costs that fall within AGLC guidelines. Afternoon/Evening will be first come first serve. Failure to complete a team bingo, removes the opportunity for this grant from FSRA. 
• Active Start families will be required to complete one bingo if the active start is the sole member of FSRA.  

• If you are unable to attend the bingo shift that you have signed up for, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.  Failure to do so will result in a fee of $200 being applied to your account and it must be paid before your child can participate in FSRA activities

Failure to complete the required bingos will result in a $400 fee being applied to a member's RAMP account.  Payment must be made by the end of May 2026 in order to remain in good standing for the next season.  Completing bingos as part of volunteer credits may be available upon approval of the fundraising coordinator.
